No authorship information, unknown copyright situation. No indication that PD-Finland50 would apply, it's more likely that this picture was first published in Germany. No indication that the author would have died before 1949. Jcb (talk) 14:19, 20 January 2019 (UTC)Reply[reply]

 Keep I would consider this maybe a bit overcautious. True, the file is lacking source information but either in Finland or Germany this is very likely to be PD per COM:Finland (any photo before 1966) or COM:Germany (PD-BW or PD-old) as it is a promotional war picture created by German or Finnish army during World War II. --Mates (talk) 16:21, 10 March 2019 (UTC)Reply[reply]
For a picture from Germany to be PD, we need to know that the author has died before 1949. For a WW-II picture, this is rather unlikely. If we don't know when the author died, we use 120 years from creation as a safe line. Jcb (talk) 17:21, 10 March 2019 (UTC)Reply[reply]
