- Keep. According to the template, it fulfills criterion b) it is an anonymous work and it was published before January 1st, 1949. It's from the state funeral of President of the Croatian Parliament. We have no reason to suspect that it was published after 1949 – why would one keep this photograph in the drawer for years? The photo is all over the internet, with various conflicting descriptions [1][2] (although ours seem most plausible). Interestingly enough, it seems to been analyzed in IEEE Technology and Society Magazine [3] although even there it claims that it's Došen on the photograph (obviously not possible if it's his funeral).
