File:Plakat Lasst die alten Fahnen wehn 1932.jpg[edit]

This German election poster from 1932 was designed by Max Aurich [1], who died in 1976, so it won't be in the PD until 2047. It is claimed to be {{PD-ineligible}}, but I very much doubt that this is true for this work of a graphic design artist. The file should be deleted, it can be restored in 2047. Keep: The concept of Threshold of originality is not dependent on authorship: even if an artist created the poster, it still lacks the necessary Threshold of originality.--Fornax (talk) 04:10, 25 September 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I disagree and think that if we err, we should do so on the side of caution, meaning that the file should be deleted per the precautionary principle in this case. --Rosenzweig τ 09:44, 26 September 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Unfortunately, there are hardly any discussion participants on this site. Therefore, your view is based on two opinions only. But there is probably nothing one can do about that.--Fornax (talk) 08:13, 27 September 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Regrettably, one could get the impression that the process is closed by an individual administrative action.--Fornax (talk) 09:37, 27 September 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
What are you talking about? This DR is still open, and as the user who opened it, I won't close it. --Rosenzweig τ 10:50, 27 September 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
