Likely license laundering. The Flickr account is from a (now defunct) blog, and looking at the photostream it is apparent they took many (if not all) their images from the web. This particular file has an EXIF that points to www.photorazzi.com , an archived version of this website shows they sold profesional photographs of celebrities.
