It helps me keeping track of all the requests. Beats spreading them over half a dozen talk pages ;-)

Also : If the file upload bot transfered an unsuitable image from wikipedia or Flickr, don't ask me to fix it. I don't operate the bot; I only offer it, and someone else used it.

WikiFlix[edit]

Hi, Please see the discussion at User talk:Spinster#WikiFlix. Happy New Year! Yann (talk) 11:34, 4 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi, Happy New Year! Can you please rename the file File:Map of the Balkans in the 900s.png to "Map of the Balkans in the 10th century" and edit the file by cropping the bottom where's stated "The Balkans c. 900 AD" or removing the same text without cropping the file? It is actually a very good and accurate map of the majority of the 10th century, per primary and secondary sources (also per recently Živković 2008, Dzino 2023, en:Časlav of Serbia#Reign, en:Stari Ras#History). Hi Magnus Manske,
Thank you for your contributions to Commons. I noticed File:Avril Lavigne Wikipedia Article Read By Jules Ismail.ogg is out of date. Could you update it? Thanks again. Helper201 (talk) 22:32, 8 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi Magnus, someone else uploaded your presentation. It's unclear if you actually agreed to release it under this license. If you do, please remove the no permission template. Thank you, Multichill (talk) 14:25, 15 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Misidentified plant image[edit]

--Magnus Manske (talk) 14:53, 22 January 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
